The Forty Three Trust is a registered charity (reg no
327205) that is committed to presenting the
Christian message in a way that
culturally connects. The Trust takes its name from
Psalm 40 verse 3: "He has put a new song in my
mouth, a hymn of praise to our
God. Many will see and fear and put their trust in the
Lord."
Our main speakers are Mark Greenwood (Trust director) and Tim
Alford. Mark and Tim have much experience
speaking to all kinds of
people in a variety of contexts.
Mark Greenwood, already an established evangelist since
1988, joined the Trust in 2004 so that the Trust
could support him in his
work. Mark succeeded Ian Knox, the Trust's founding
evangelist as Director in February 2009 when Ian
retired. The Trust's main aim has
always been and will continue to be "that many
will put their trust in the Lord”.
Tim Alford, formerly the lead singer of the band [dweeb] who
ministered together for nine years all over
Europe, joined the Trust in
September 2011. He is an elder at the Elim church in Coventry and
is an experienced communicator.
We work across the denominations with local churches as
well as groups of churches working together. We
help churches with their
evangelism strategy as well as speaking at
evangelistic events and training events. The
work of the Trust is overseen by a Board of
Trustees, chaired by a Methodist layman,
Graham Penny. The Trust rents an office from
Christchurch, Cheylesmore, Coventry, in the
English Midlands.
We have developed a wide range of training packages as well as a
varied approach to events that communicate the
Christian message to
people wherever they are in their journey.
If you would like the Forty Three Trust to work with your church
please
make contact. Our
diary fills up well ahead so make contact soon
so that we can work to your timeline.
